Small Jobs

No Call Out Charges

  Fixed price for the first                          hour.   

Then charged in half hour        segments thereafter.   

 

Terms of Business

 

For Larger projects a deposit will be required. The deposit would be 25%.

The Deposit Value may be higher depending on the value of the materials used in the project. 

Staged payments may also be required this would be decided during the quotation process

 

The Mobile Handyman provides written quotations for all projects

Generous Discounts for Pre-Booked Labour Only Dayrate (8 Hours)

Supplied Materials

All Materials Supplied are charged at cost plus 15% Standard Rate

 

Discounts Available for Senior Citizens and Charity Organisations.

 

            Warranty

All work undertaken carries a 12 month Guarantee valid from date of invoice.

 

Work undertaken on a labour only basis would not cover any failure to customer supplied materials, and in this case repairs or alterations would be charged at current rates.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

Full Payment to be made on completion of works.

 

Payments on account

(Commercial Only)

should be paid within 30 Days from invoice date.
